HenSoma is a church competition, classroom, and prayer app. If you need help with your account, classroom access, quizzes, prayers, or data requests, use the support information below.

Contact Support

Email hensomaorg@gmail.com. Include your username, church or class name if known, and a short description of the issue.

Common Support Requests

• Help signing in or resetting access.
• Questions about classroom membership, teacher access, or student accounts.
• Issues with quizzes, scores, badges, streaks, leaderboards, or prayer completion.
• Requests to review, correct, or delete account data.

Account And Data Requests

To delete your account in the app, open your Profile or administrative account menu and select Manage account, then Delete account. For full instructions and alternatives if you cannot sign in, see the Delete Account page. Privacy questions are covered in the Privacy Policy. Use of HenSoma is governed by the Terms of Service.

Response Time

We review support messages as soon as practical. Account deletion inside the app runs immediately after your confirmation and any required identity check; no support approval is needed. Help on behalf of someone else may require identity or authority verification.

طلبات الدعم الشائعة

• المساعدة في تسجيل الدخول أو استعادة إمكانية الوصول.
• الأسئلة المتعلقة بعضوية الفصل أو صلاحيات المعلّم أو حسابات الطلاب.
• مشكلات الاختبارات أو الدرجات أو الشارات أو أيام المواظبة المتتالية أو لوحات الترتيب أو إتمام الصلاة.
• طلبات مراجعة بيانات الحساب أو تصحيحها أو حذفها.

طلبات الحساب والبيانات

لحذف حسابك من التطبيق، افتح ملفك الشخصي أو قائمة الحساب الإداري واختر إدارة الحساب ثم حذف الحساب. وللتعليمات الكاملة والبدائل عند تعذّر تسجيل الدخول، راجع صفحة حذف الحساب. تتناول سياسة الخصوصية الأسئلة المتعلقة بالخصوصية. ويخضع استخدام HenSoma لـشروط الخدمة.

مدة الاستجابة

نراجع رسائل الدعم في أقرب وقت ممكن عمليًا. يتم حذف الحساب من التطبيق مباشرة بعد تأكيدك وأي تحقق مطلوب من الهوية، دون الحاجة إلى موافقة الدعم. وقد تتطلب المساعدة نيابةً عن شخص آخر التحقق من الهوية أو الصلاحية.
