These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HenSoma, including its website, mobile applications, Bible and Agpeya tools, church and classroom features, competitions, and related services. By creating an account or using HenSoma, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who May Use HenSoma

HenSoma is designed for individuals, families, churches, teachers, students, and ministry communities. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use HenSoma only with permission from a parent or legal guardian and, where applicable, the church, school, or classroom responsible for your participation. Adults who authorize a minor's use are responsible for supervising that use.

Accounts And Sign-In

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple may be offered as optional sign-in methods. Your use of a Google or Apple account is also governed by that provider's applicable terms and policies. Using Hide My Email does not change your rights to use HenSoma or delete your HenSoma account.

Churches, Classrooms, And Invitations

Some features require an invitation or approval from an authorized teacher, church leader, or administrator. Invitation codes are intended only for the person or group to whom they are issued and must not be shared improperly. Churches and classroom administrators may approve, manage, or remove participation in groups they oversee. HenSoma does not guarantee acceptance into a church, classroom, or competition.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use HenSoma unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Misrepresent your identity, role, church, classroom, or authority.
• Share credentials or invitation codes without authorization.
• Harass others or upload abusive, deceptive, infringing, or inappropriate material.
• Interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit HenSoma or its content without permission.

Learning, Devotional, And Community Content

HenSoma provides educational, devotional, prayer, and community tools. Content is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Churches, teachers, and administrators are responsible for content and instructions they publish through the service. Bible translations, prayers, images, and other materials may be owned by their respective copyright holders and remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Quizzes, Scores, And Competitions

Scores, streaks, badges, rankings, attendance, and similar records are intended for learning and community participation. They have no cash value and are not guaranteed to be error-free. Authorized organizers may establish additional rules for their activities, and records may be corrected when needed to address mistakes, misuse, or technical issues.

Content And Intellectual Property

HenSoma and its original software, design, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, HenSoma grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, church, classroom, or ministry purposes. You retain rights to content you are authorized to submit and grant HenSoma permission to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to operate the service and provide it to the intended users and organizations.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how HenSoma collects, uses, stores, and shares information. By using the service, you acknowledge those practices.

Third-Party Services

HenSoma depends on third-party providers for services such as identity, authentication, hosting, storage, and distribution. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable or changed outside HenSoma's control.

Availability And Changes

We may maintain, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep HenSoma reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where practical, we will communicate material changes that affect users or participating organizations.

Suspension, Termination, And Account Deletion

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or maintain service security. You may stop using HenSoma or delete your account at any time. Direct account deletion is described on the Delete Account page and requires no administrator approval. Some information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers And Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HenSoma is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that every item of content, score, record, or third-party service will always be accurate or available. HenSoma is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service where such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

تتطلب بعض الميزات دعوة أو موافقة من معلّم أو قائد كنسي أو مسؤول مخوّل. رموز الدعوة مخصصة فقط للشخص أو المجموعة التي صدرت لها، ويجب عدم مشاركتها بشكل غير سليم. ويجوز للكنائس ومسؤولي الفصول الموافقة على المشاركة في المجموعات التي يشرفون عليها أو إدارتها أو إنهاؤها. ولا يضمن HenSoma القبول في كنيسة أو فصل أو مسابقة.

الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:

• استخدام HenSoma بصورة غير قانونية أو احتيالية أو لإلحاق الضرر بشخص آخر.
• تقديم معلومات مضللة عن هويتك أو دورك أو كنيستك أو فصلك أو صلاحياتك.
• مشاركة بيانات الدخول أو رموز الدعوة دون تصريح.
• مضايقة الآخرين أو رفع مواد مسيئة أو مضللة أو منتهكة للحقوق أو غير لائقة.
• التدخل في عمل الخدمة أو تجاوز ضوابط الوصول أو البحث عن ثغرات أو إدخال برمجيات ضارة.
• نسخ HenSoma أو محتواه أو استخراج بياناته آليًا أو إعادة بيعه أو استغلاله تجاريًا دون إذن.

محتوى التعلّم والتأمل والمجتمع

يوفر HenSoma أدوات للتعلّم والتأمل والصلاة والتواصل المجتمعي. ولا يُعدّ المحتوى بديلًا عن المشورة الرعوية أو الطبية أو القانونية أو غيرها من المشورة المتخصصة. وتتحمل الكنائس والمعلّمون والمسؤولون مسؤولية المحتوى والتعليمات التي ينشرونها عبر الخدمة. وقد تكون ترجمات الكتاب المقدس والصلوات والصور والمواد الأخرى مملوكة لأصحاب حقوق النشر المعنيين، وتظل خاضعة للتراخيص المطبقة عليها.

الاختبارات والدرجات والمسابقات

الدرجات وأيام المواظبة المتتالية والشارات والترتيب والحضور والسجلات المشابهة مخصصة للتعلّم والمشاركة المجتمعية. وليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا نضمن خلوّها من الأخطاء. ويجوز للمنظمين المخوّلين وضع قواعد إضافية لأنشطتهم، كما يجوز تصحيح السجلات عند الحاجة لمعالجة الأخطاء أو إساءة الاستخدام أو المشكلات التقنية.

المحتوى والملكية الفكرية

تحمي قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها HenSoma وبرمجياته الأصلية وتصميمه وعلامته التجارية ومواده. وبموجب هذه الشروط، يمنحك HenSoma حقًا محدودًا وقابلًا للإلغاء وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام الخدمة لأغراض شخصية أو كنسية أو تعليمية في الفصل أو لأغراض الخدمة الكنسية. وتحتفظ بحقوق المحتوى الذي يُسمح لك بتقديمه، وتمنح HenSoma إذنًا باستضافته ومعالجته وعرضه ومشاركته فقط بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وتقديمه إلى المستخدمين والمؤسسات المقصودين.
